Is there a problem with connecting to Wells Fargo Advisors

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
When I try to do a One Step Update of my Wells Fargo Advisors accounts, I receive the advisory:
"Sorry. We encountered an error. (It's not your fault.)
Quicken is having trouble connecting to Wells Fargo Advisors."

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community with this issue.
I have located a support article that discusses the error message that you are receiving in more detail, you may follow this link to access that FAQ.
As per the article: If this occurs when updating an account-Please Contact Quicken Support. This error requires Quicken Support agents to review logs and provide further assistance. The issue may need to be escalated and may not have an immediate resolution.
Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.
