I can't access months worth of checking account data from Citibank

I get the CC502 error message. My account has always worked fine prior to this. It currently accesses all my data from Bank of America just fine. Is there a specific problem with Citibank, does anybody know? Is there help coming? Is there a workaround? Thanks.
