Hello @Tom O'Leary,
Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community with this issue.
First, I suggest creating a test file and adding the US Bank account(s) to see if it produces the same issue with your loan account not appearing. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps in the event that you would like to return to your original starting position. Below are instructions on how to create a test file:- Choose File menu > New Quicken File.
- Select New Quicken File.
- Click OK.
- In the File name field, enter the name of the new file, then click Save. Use a name like "Test File" to tell it apart from your main file.
Don't use any of these characters: * ? < > | " : \ / (asterisk, question mark, left and right-angle bracket, pipe, straight quotation marks, colon, BACKSLASH, FORWARD SLASH). Also, don't add the .qdf extension; Quicken does that for you.- Sign in with your Quicken ID. If you are prompted to create a Quicken ID but already have one, click Sign In under the Create Account prompt.
- Select to not use Mobile.
- Click Add Account to start adding accounts to the new file.
After adding accounts, see if you are experiencing the same problems in this test file.
Please let me know how this goes, I look forward to hearing your response.

Hello @Tom O'Leary,
Thank you for attempting the test file.
Due to the car loan account not appearing in the test file as well, we recommend that you reach out to US Bank for further assistance as this indicates an issue with the way they are sending information through our servers. It is recommended to request to speak to a tier 2 agent or a supervisor as they are generally more familiar with third-party applications such as Quicken.
I apologize that we could not be of more assistance.

Hi Jasmine. If I wanted to start fresh with my Quicken, can I delete all of my present information and start fresh using my current Quicken subscription?0

Hello @Tom O'Leary,
Thanks for reaching back out.
Absolutely, you can. You may use the instructions posted previously in the thread regarding the "test file" to create a brand-new file with no current information. Creating a test file is the same as making a new file by starting from scratch.
I hope this clears things up!
