Empower Retirement - Incorrect URL

    I doubt this fix is applicable anymore - I can't add my Empower 401K (Empower Retirement from the Add Account option) because Quicken has the wrong URL (massmutual.com). Empower accounts are connected to empower-retirement.com. When will that be fixed?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

    If your financial institution has changed its URL, then it will require them to submit a request to have it changed within Quicken.
