Cancel subscription

Hi, I would like to cancel my subscription. I followed instructions here https://help.quicken.com/display/MAC/How+to+cancel+your+Quicken+membership?_ics=1673174223459&irclickid=~fhaeacectap.kgb543VRIByuklbc~0UJzqkh~30WM

But CANCEL RENEWAL link is not working

    I canceled my auto-renewal a few months ago, but when I checked it yesterday, it shows that it is still on auto-renewal. It seems that canceling it doesn't work.
