Drop down menus in register(s) not working for category or payee

Not sure exactly when it started but it's recently. None of the drop downs in the registers are working. Here is what I have done so for:
I verified preferences and all the data entry and quickfill options are checked to automatically open and fill in categories.
I tried creating a new quicken file, not luck there.
I did a complete uninstall including deleting the old files and reinstalled still no change.
Do I have something configured wrong or is this a bug. I have a quicken subscription so I am running on the latest version and all updates have been applied.
OS is Windows 11
Any help would be appreciated.
