i have been trying to connect my vystarcu account to quicken but it keeps telling me i mistyped it, is there a way to resolve that?

Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue (error message or error code), sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?
