Norton Lifelock billing Scam?

Quicken Windows 2017 Member
received 2 emails under Quicken heading from Norton Lifelock saying auto renewal would be $349 for 12 months. 2 separate invoices, 2 charges to be made. Have 24 hours to cancel. think it is a scam but not sure.
