I have tried to uninstall and reinstall my quicken. nothing works. I can't log into my quicken account at all! that is when i get the can't connect to server error.
I haven't been able to log in for at least 1 year. I keep calling i, but no one has fixed my problem yet. did the system delete my account?

@sm9492 I had a recent problem where I couldn't sign into my Quicken account. The server said my credentials were invalid. Resetting my password didn't help. I called support. They asked me to disable the Windows firewall and then I successfully logged in. I enabled the Windows firewall again and was still able to log in. It didn't make sense to me because I have two Quicken accounts and only one presented this problem, but temporarily disabling the firewall solved the problem for me.0

Hello @sm9492,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.
If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
I hope this helps!-Quicken Anja
