One Step update still causing hangups even with 46.12

I'd been having issues with slowness and Quicken not being able to connect to my bank and credit cards since before Christmas. I spoke to support and we got the bank PNC connected to an older file last week. I assumed the others would work as well, but they do not. I installed 46.12 last night, but still it hangs up when trying to connect to: Discover, Citibank, Schwab and Chase. I can't even try the deactivate reactive on those accounts as it just sits and spins and eventually shows "Not Responding".

Hello @fredact,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.
If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
I hope this helps!-Quicken Anja
