why does Brokerage account from Wells Fargo show up, but no balance/

I have added all my accounts without a problem, except for my brokerage account and Annuity account. They add in, but no balance or securities are there in register

I recommend creating a new (test) file and try adding the accounts brand new to see if you receive the same result in the test file. If needed, please, review this support article for instructions on how to create a new file and how to switch back to your original file after.

Thank you for replying. I tried what you suggested but it still came up with an empty brokerage account. After doing a little more research I realized that even though the account was showing up on Wells Fargo I had to log in separately to Wells Fargo Advisers for the securities to show up in the account. All good now.
