New Chase Acct. Linked on Chase; Doesn't download

Hello - I have several Chase accts. they all download fine. I added a new card. Had to go through the Chase hoops to re-authorize sharing data with Quicken. All accounts, including the new one, are listed as approved. All download correctly.... except the new account which appears nowhere. I have tried adding it manually, but I just have to go through the same process again. Any ideas?
