Log in ERROR

I keep getting logging-in errors, click the link to change my password, jump through the hoops as required, then go to log in again using the new password only to get the same message. I have been around the loop many times and now cannot get it to work at all, has anyone else had such issues? I tried to contact customer support through chat, but they were asking me to log in to get them to help me. How is that possible? Anyone, please help!

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue. 

    You can contact support using this link. When you follow the link and choose the chat option, you should see a little box that says Contact Us which you can access if you are having issues signing in. See the screenshot below.
