Log in ERROR

I keep getting logging-in errors, click the link to change my password, jump through the hoops as required, then go to log in again using the new password only to get the same message. I have been around the loop many times and now cannot get it to work at all, has anyone else had such issues? I tried to contact customer support through chat, but they were asking me to log in to get them to help me. How is that possible? Anyone, please help!

. When you follow the link and choose the chat option, you should see a little box that says
Contact Us
which you can access if you are having issues signing in. See the screenshot below.
