Not all transactions Downloading from Chase

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I have multiple transactions that have not downloaded. One was a Zelle payment made to me. It shows online for that account but does not download. I tried manually typing into Quicken and when I hit enter it disappears.
