Quicken will no longer connect to Wells Fargo

Hi, for about the past month, Quicken will no longer connect to Wells Fargo to download my transaction info. Before then, this had been working for years without a problem. When I try to connect, I get a message that says "Institution Login Sync Error. Warning. We had a problem syncing this institution login: Wells Fargo Bank. Error code: BID = 3000". I don't know if this is relevant, but I recently changed the account password, and have seen this error since then. I have entered the new password repeatedly, but I still see this error every time. This is a MacBook Air running Quicken 6.11.3 and macOS 10.15.7. Thanks.

Hello @scottknaster,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
To start with, I suggest deactivating the account(s) experiencing this error, removing the saved login credentials from the Keychain Access app, and then reactivating the accounts. However, before doing so, I do recommend saving a backup of your data file first (just in case). Then, please check and make sure you do not have any hidden accounts that may be connected to this financial institution.- Go to the Accounts menu and choose Hide and Show Accounts
- Uncheck any accounts with this specific financial institution that are checked as hidden in Lists
- Open the account register and navigate to the Settings gear on the bottom-right corner
- Click on the Downloads tab
- Click Disconnect Account (if there are more than one account associated with this financial institution, please repeat steps 1 through 3 for each account)
- Quit Quicken
- Open Finder and navigate to Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access app
- On the left panel in the Keychain Access app, select Login and select Passwords at the top
- Search for the financial institution's name in the top-right search field and delete any entries found showing "Quicken password for [your financial institution username] at [financial institution name] "
- Quit the Keychain Access app and reopen Quicken
- Navigate to Accounts > Add Account...
- Use the search field at the top of the list to find and select your financial institution and click Continue
- Follow the prompts to sign in using your login credentials associated with the financial institution
- If the accounts have been found successfully; use the dropdown menus to link each account to the appropriate account in Quicken

I have also been seeing connection issues with my Wells Fargo accounts. They will simply stop downloading transactions but I don't get any error messages. and it is not for all accounts (I have 10 WF accounts, incl a credit card). I have had to deactivate, then add back the connection for the account, but this doesn't seem to download the activity, then have to go to the website and download activity and import into Quicken. I am using DOS, currently R46.12, but intend to downgrade due to the multiple split bug in that version.0

Dos version as opposed to the MAC version of the OP. Some people also refer to it as Windows. [Removed - Disruptive] I'm running Windows 11 on my 27" iMac.0
