Hello,
I first reported this in early December 2022. I received a response from Quicken that asked some clarifying questions. I provided requested information and then Quicken closed issues without a follow up response or solving issue.

This is an ongoing problem. Please provide solution

    I have located a Support Article that discusses the CC-501 error in more detail and provides some steps to take depending on the situation. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. 

    As per the FAQ: 

    If this occurs when updating an account

    Please Contact Quicken Support. This error requires Quicken Support agents to review logs and provide further assistance. The issue may need to be escalated and may not have an immediate resolution. 

    Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.
