I have 3 Amex cards that I have downloaded transactions for years. On or about Jan 15 ‘23 one of the cards stopped getting transactions. The other two are fine. I reset the connection. Even went back to and restored my data file to before the 15th and tried to disconnect and reconnect Amex and in the end the same problem is happening. I really need that 3rd card to download transactions. Any ideas/helps

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with American Express? You can see the connection method by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Connection Type. What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions? Do you receive any error codes or messages?

    Thanks. In the interim I solved the issue by manual downloading transactions from Amex website for the past month and imported them into quicken. Since then it’s been downloading properly. No idea what the problem actually was but this fixed it
