Do any Quicken downloads work anymore?

Do any Quicken transaction downloads work anymore? Over the past year every financial institution I used I can no longer download with Quicken. Yes, I have set them up again.

Credit union - Connects, but never downloads anything. Never worked.
Capital One - Never worked. Always asked to verify my account with a code.
Chase cards - Connects, but never downloads anything. Worked 100% until changes
Discover Card - Connects, but never downloads anything. Worked 100% until changes
Bank of America - Never worked.

The reason I pay for Quicken is in large part to get the downloaded transactions. If I have to enter everything manually I could build an Excel spreadsheet at no cost to track my spending.
