Criteria for closing posts

I have two posts that are closed but the issues have not been resolved. What is the criteria for closing posts. Does Quicken track issues that are not resolved in the forum? Quicken support keep sending me to the forum to get answers to my issues but the forum never resolves my issues.

Hello @Gregg Whitty,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question.
The standard protocol for posts being closed occurs after 1 month with no new activity. As for Quicken Support referring to Community, this should only be the case if they are referring you to review Alerts on known issues that you can follow for status updates. However, if you have contacted support regarding an issue you are experiencing that is not considered a known issue, then our support agents should be able to assist you at the time you contacted support whether it be through phone support or chat support. Especially if the issue you are experiencing were to result in requiring an escalation to be filed.
Also, I have sent you a direct message, please navigate to the inbox in the top right-hand corner of the Community page and check your inbox.
Thank you!-Quicken Anja
