Since February 12, I cannot update my Spire CU transactions

I called Spire to see if they had done some changes to their checking account software, but they hadn't. I am getting maybe one transaction a day when I press "update now" when I am in checking account. Help! I don't know what else to do.

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help.  Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it. They need to review your transaction download log file and may have to escalate this problem to higher levels of support.

  • I did call Quicken Support. The person was very helpful. I was on the home for over an hour. Very helpful. My download works fine now.
