OL-332-A Error for Citi credit card account

I read the suggested article and verified all of my info. I even contacted Citi and they verified that my consent for the two systems to talk to each other was valid. The Citi rep saw that my attempts to login via their website were successful, but when I use the SAME online ID and password (copy & paste) it logs an error even at Citi that says my password is incorrect. The issue must be on the Quicken side. I would love resolution to this error ASAP as my last successful transaction download was 18 Dec 2022!
