I am missing a week of transactions. How do I recapture them?

I have done the one step update and there are some missing transactions. I have checked all sorting and other options. The balance is off. They are not there. How do I recapture them? Thank you for any help.

    Did you recently update your Quicken version?  If so, which version were you running and which one are you running now?
    Do you have a recent backup file you can restore?   If so, hopefully the missing transactions will be present in there.

    How many?  Would it be easier to just enter them in manually versus spending a bunch of time trying to download them?
