I cannot connect my Discover card with Direct connect.

I will add I have contacted the Quicken customer service/tech by phone and chat multiple times. I have been told they are aware of a problem for many weeks and keep trying. I have used quicken for many years and never experienced such a prolonged issue on a simple connect in the background. any insight on how I can fix or if others have the same prolonged issue with Discover card connection?0

You won't setup Direct Connect for Discover. Discover dropped supporting Direct Connect a few months back and the only thing available is Express Web Connect.

Go to the Account List (Tools menu)
Clcik Edit for the account
Select the Online Services tab
Click activate to start the One Step Update process-splasher using Q continuously since 1996

noticed you use a MAC -
are you using the QWin or QMac version of Quicken ?here is the Windows entries for Discover Card - as @splasher mentioned, they only support download via EWC -
