Will not connect to Schools First FCU

For more times than I care to count, I am unable to update or connect to Schools First Credit Union. This is becoming exceptionally frustrating. Here is the error I am receiving:

Connection to Schools First FCU - New. is unavailable right now. Please try again later. If this error persists for more than 24 hours, please contact Quicken care. (Error Code: FDP-102)
