I added a Morgan Stanley Premium CashPlus account but I cannot see any transactions. Any help?

It is being categorized by quicken as a brokerage account and the "transactions" tab is grayed out.

Also, if you're offered a choice of either SImple or Detailed investment tracking, choose Detailed. it sounds like you have SImple selected, which doen't allow you to track account activity or view the register.

You can check which one is selected by right clicking on the account & selecting Account Settings, then on the Details tab there's a section for Investment Tracking Method. If Simple is selected and it allows you to change the setting to Detailed, try doing that.

    Hello @KMRANsdell,

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with Morgan Stanley? You can see the connection method by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Connection Type. What exactly occurred when you added your account? Can you see the correct balance? Did you receive any error codes or messages?

I look forward to your response.

I can see the correct amount but only have the option of dashboard or portfolio. In dashboard I only see one line that says "cash" and then the "value" amount

    Hello @KMRANsdell,

Thank you for providing more information.

First, I suggest changing your connection method from Quicken Connect to Direct Connect. You can do so by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Change Connection and then proceeding to follow the onscreen instructions to switch to Direct Connect. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).

Please let me know how this goes!

Thanks Jon! I tried that solution before trying direct connect and it worked!
