BoA-Online balance does not match, not an issue with pending tranactions

Hello,

I am trying to reconcile my BoA checking account and the Online Balance does not match the number at BoA. There are 2 pending transactions. One of the transactions is a deposit and the other is a debit. If I apply them the Online Balance is still wrong. However, if I subtract the 2 transactions, even though one of them is a credit the balance is correct. Has anyone else seen this issue?
