This is STILL an issue, even though you closed my discussion from November 2022 on this. The updates from Jasmine regarding this open ticket haven't had an update since January 30th (Ticket #9857600/CTP-5053). Please provide an update.
Are other users still seeing this? I know that myself and one other individual personally are still not getting a correct online balance.

The status of the Alert you referenced is still ongoing, and as stated in the last update from 1/30/2023, “no ETA or further details are available at this time, and this Alert will be updated once more information, updates, etc become available”.
