Citibank CC 502 error

I've seen sevral chats about similar eerors. I have been unable to upload my credit card transactions on 3 og my accounts since 2/16

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    Error CC-502 with Citibank is a known issue that has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA on resolution at this time. While the investigation remains ongoing, please refer to this Community Alert for any and all available updates.

    As a workaround, some users have reported they have been able to connect using Direct Connect with the Citi Cards instance in our financial institution list. You can find instructions on this in this Community FAQ.
