    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. When you're getting the CC-929 error, please follow these steps:

    1. Wait one hour.
    2. After that hour, log out of Quicken. You can do this by going up to the Quicken menu option at the very top, and selecting Sign Out (about 1/2 way through the menu options)
    3. Sign back in with the same Quicken ID.
    4. Attempt to add your account again.

    I have this issue CC-929 since January of this year 2023 and I've called in & got Ticket: 10055741 last 2/21/23. I was told in the email that this is a known existing issue and working towards a resolution.

    Now its already 3/29/2023 & they have not fixed it yet. Please response.
