Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. When you're getting the CC-929 error, please follow these steps:
- Wait one hour.
- After that hour, log out of Quicken. You can do this by going up to the Quicken menu option at the very top, and selecting Sign Out (about 1/2 way through the menu options)
- Sign back in with the same Quicken ID.
- Attempt to add your account again.

I have this issue CC-929 since January of this year 2023 and I've called in & got Ticket: 10055741 last 2/21/23. I was told in the email that this is a known existing issue and working towards a resolution.
Now its already 3/29/2023 & they have not fixed it yet. Please response.
