Reconcile function not working Transactions missing

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
The credit card statement has 28 items. When I do the reconcile everything looks perfect except that two items are missing from the charges side of the reconcile screen. The total of the cleared charges is missing the two charges, but Quicken says the full balance (including the missing charges have cleared) I have used Quicken for over twenty years, this is the SCARIEST THING I HAVE EVER SEEN. I would not have caught it except I was looking for the missing charge for another reason and could not find it. It is as if it is there, but it is not showing.
