How do I contact Customer Support?

If the link in this post doesn't work, then please provide more information so we can better assist. For instance, what browser are you using? Do you have an antivirus, VPN, or firewall active? Are you using a work computer or a personal computer?

I've used Quicken for Mac for years, but have switched to Windows because of my OS being outdated. The Mac version is written by skilled software writers that produce a superb product that works, but the Windows version acts like it was written by Elbonians led by Wally (see Dilbert). Well, darn. Was interested in hearing more about the Elbonian programming.

This will indeed take me to the support page, options Community, Chat, and Phone. When I chose phone or chat, a dialog box pops up asking me if I want to search for an answer contact support. The contact support option does no work.

@gboack - if you click the "call us" link, it does require you to log in. Once logged in, click 'call us' link again, and there is a link for the phone number. I'd post it here, but I suspect it will be removed by the filters. You can also simply google "quicken support phone number" and the same phone number is displayed in the results

I would never google for Quicken support. You are likely to get fake support sites that will scam you with expensive support.

I have used Quicken for over 20 years. I dislike tremendously your lack of support. After the latest update I am now unable to make attachments. HELP!!!
