QCS-0500 when trying to update American Express credit cards on MAC.

I am getting an error code QCS-0500 when trying to update American Express credit cards on my MAC. This happens after I have been told that the conversion to the new American Express update process has been successful.

Can anyone help with this?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Since it sounds like you're running into a cloud sync error, please follow these steps:

    1. Back up your file.
    2. Go to Quicken>Preferences>Connected Services.
    3. In the Cloud Account section, click Reset.

    If the issue persists after you've followed these steps, please let us know!
