T-Mobile Bill Update
I'm using Quicken for Windows (Version R48.9 / Build 27.1.48.9) and some of my bill updates are not processing. This mainly affects T-Mobile. I added my online account, and Quicken has been saying for a month that it's still connecting to T-Mobile. I've tried deleting/re-adding and fixing the online billers, but to no avail. This happens with other billers from time to time, but it usually fixes itself. Is there a known issue with T-Mobile?

FWIW, I have the same problem with T-Mobile.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. From what I can see, there is a connection issue with TMobile. We don't currently have an ETA. In the mean time, you should be able to set up the bill reminder as a manual bill instead of an online one.
