Penfed online biller issue

I have had this error trying to update my Penfed online bill for 2 days now. I have no trouble accessing their website…

Yep, looks like Quicken and PenFed are not talking, AGAIN! Mine has the 'your biller connection requires attention. Click Fix Connection....' on the HOME screen under Bills,Income&Transfers. But nothing real happens saying it is trying to connect but doesn't. Going into Account List, deactivating it and reactivating does seem to work, this time, at least for 1 account. I'm having to do it separately for each of my accounts, so 20 minutes of wasted time. One account for sure, didn't update. hummm,,,, Seems we have issues every few months. I wish they could figure out who keeps breaking this one and fire that person!0
