Penfed online biller issue

I have had this error trying to update my Penfed online bill for 2 days now. I have no trouble accessing their website…

    Yep, looks like Quicken and PenFed are not talking, AGAIN! Mine has the 'your biller connection requires attention. Click Fix Connection....' on the HOME screen under Bills,Income&Transfers. But nothing real happens saying it is trying to connect but doesn't. Going into Account List, deactivating it and reactivating does seem to work, this time, at least for 1 account. I'm having to do it separately for each of my accounts, so 20 minutes of wasted time. One account for sure, didn't update. hummm,,,, Seems we have issues every few months. I wish they could figure out who keeps breaking this one and fire that person!

    Update 4-2-23 - still one of my 3 PenFed accounts is NOT updating even though the Summary says "3 accounts updated." The two that updated did so fine. Curious why the other 1 didn't. I tried the Account List, deactivating it and reactivating. It acted like it was updating, it found the account and linked to it just fine but NO new transactions or marking of the old ones as 'cleared' occurred.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Just to clarify, in your most recent post, it sounds like you're talking about updating your accounts with PenFed rather than the Bill Manager side, correct? No error messages; Quicken acts like everything is working fine, but then one account is not updating? Have you checked the financial institution website to verify that there are posted transactions that should be downloading into the account? Did you check to make sure that account is sorted by date and no filters are active?

    Are any of the missing transactions over 90 days old? Have any of the transactions been deleted? Is there any chance they downloaded into a different account?
