Quicken closes (crashes) when I select a specific mortgage account.

The acoount appears to be up to date, and when I make a payment from another account, I can see in the account list on the left side that it updates, but if I try to open it in order to see any loan or payment details, Quicken shuts down.

I did a Validate & Repair, but it doesn't even mention that account.

    Hello @GerryVB,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. When did this issue begin? Was there anything else that happened just before the issue started such as a power surge, power outage, a software update, the computer or program unexpectedly closing, etc? Do you keep your Quicken file on the C: drive, a shared network drive, or synced with a cloud service such as One Drive or Dropbox?

    Thank you.

    Quicken Kristina

    @GerryVB: I suggest you try this…

    Go to File—> Copy of Backup File —> Advanced Options —> Create a Copy or Template

    Create a copy of your file using the default options.

    Open the newly created copy - does it exhibit the same issues as the original?
