Still receiving "Still Connecting to your <BillerName>"

Seeing this message a for long time and need help resolving. The timeframe mentions 1-2 days but its far past it now.
Can someone provide a fix for this issue?
At least mention specific details on what's causing this this failure because there might be a work around scenario.

For me it was Chase & Lowe's (Symphony Bank). With PNC credit cards try to refresh my bills and nothing happens. My home equtiy line with PNC finally showed then after latest update it was lost. No statement show as well.0
