Cannot re-active bank after changing PW


(Bank 1) My banking password was changed at the bank. I was told (by Q) to de-activate all the bank's accounts. When I try to re-activate them in Q the re-activate box is only taking a completely different (Bank 2) person's information. Therefore I cannot activate bank 1.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. To clarify, you currently have the accounts disconnected, but when you try to reconnect, it is defaulting to an incorrect financial institution? When you are trying to reconnect, are you going to Tools>Add Account and searching for the correct financial institution?
