HudsonVCU Downloads

Started a new account with HudsonVCU. All transactions load into Quick as Payee ID Withdrawal. Download will not ID payee. Try to talk to bank with no results. When I look at my bank transactions on my online HudsonFVU web page the Withdrawal ID info is there but not transferring into Quicken.

    Hello @Cheddy,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. To clarify, this is a new account that you newly added to Quicken and everything that's downloading into that account is showing the Payee as Withdrawl? If that is the case, the culprit may be a renaming rule. To check for that, right click on one of the transactions showing an incorrect Payee. That will bring up a menu; if the payee name was changed by a renaming rule, you should see an option near the bottom of the list to Revert to and the actual Payee information that came from the bank.

If a renaming rule is the culprit, to prevent it from happening in the future, you would want to delete that rule. To do that, go to Tools>Renaming Rules. Scroll through the list until you find the offending rule (it would probably say Withdrawl). Select the rule and click on the red minus icon. Click OK to confirm you want to delete that rule.

    Thank you.
