Schwab - One Step Update - Schwab IRA not reflecting purchase of CD's.

Windows Version R48.15. Build 27.1.48.15

Transactions were on 3/23/23 but have not shown up in Quicken. I added securities manually but on the next One Step Update they disappeared again.

This is the first issue I have encountered since we had to add and reomve accounts when Schwab changed to a different system.

I see a second account is not updating asfter selling security A and buying security B. Both the sec A still shows and cash from its sale. Should I delete both accounts and the add back? Any thoughts? Should I be trying to get assistance somehwere else?
