One Bank of Tennessee - Please re-enter your credentials (edit)

I cannot set up an account for One Bank of Tennessee. I tried three times and each time, it came up with “Did you mistype your sign-in info? Please re-enter your credentials for One Bank of Tennessee.” I confirmed correct log in by accessing the actual OB of T web site. I also confirmed all security questions were accurate, including punctuation. I did not see any other reporting during a search of thee discussion areas.

Using Quicken for Mac 6.12.5 on a 2022 Mac Studio (M1 Max) with Ventura 13.2.1.

All other banking accounts work fine.

Anyone else having this problem?

To start with, I suggest creating a new (test) file and try adding the account brand new to see if you receive the same result in the test file. If needed, please, review this support article for instructions on how to create a new file and how to switch back to your original file after.
