Quicken no longer downloading from Tower Federal Credit Union
My bank and quicken are no longer communicating. When I try to fix the issue, I get an error message saying "it's not your fault." I'm not locked out and have no trouble accessing my bank through their website.

Hello @Dayle@,
Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.
Are you still receiving the CC-800 error when attempting to update your Tower FCU account(s)?
If so, then this can happen if you have deactivated or deleted an account and then restored a Quicken backup file. You may follow this link to access a Support Article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with this error message. It is advised to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
I hope this helps!
