Recieving duplicat entries when downloading from my CitCitibank account. This ia a recurring issue for me

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. To better assist, I need more information. When did this issue start? Do you download from the financial institution, are you importing .QFX files, or do you do both? Do you have manual transactions that aren't matching up properly when the transactions download/import? Is this affecting all your transactions or only some?
