citibank will not update in quicken seems to have started 4/1/2023. login info is correct since I can open my Citibank asccounts

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with CitiBank? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. Are you experiencing this with all Citibank account(s)? If not, what types of accounts are you experiencing this issue with? Do you receive any error codes or messages? What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions?
