Pentagon Fed issues
How come we cant even DOWNLOAD transactions? i dont want to MANUALLY input EVERY transaction for my checking account. The credit card and OD line update.

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with Pentagon FCU? You can see the connection method by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Connection Type. What is the account type with which you are experiencing this issue (Checkings, savings, etc.)? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions?
