Lyft Direct - Stride bank
It's not a "real" bank account. I have a Lyft direct debit card but only way to access account is thru app, no website. Stride Bank handles giving out the cards but doesn't actually gives you a bank account. Not sure how I can attach this card account to my Quicken Deluxe.

Hello @QBLady,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I didn't see Lyft Direct showing up in the list of financial institutions available to connect to. Stride bank shows up in the list, but if they're just the card issuers and don't actually make any account information available through their website, then you wouldn't be able to download it that way either.
You can set it up as a manual account. To do that, go to Tools>Add Account, choose the Offline Account tab, then select the account type. Since you said this is a debit card, Checking would probably be the best fit. A manual account cannot download transactions, but you are still able to put your transactions in manually.
Thank you.

I wouldn't call a prepaid debit card "NOT a real bank account".
The card must have a foundation in a real (under the covers, perhaps) checking account at a real bank.
They are on the list of supported financial institutions. Therefore Stride Bank Support Center (the 1-800 number on the card or on any monthly statement that you receive or find on their website) should be able to tell you what to do about downloading transactions into Quicken and what URL, userID and password to use.0 -
well…. you really need some portal into the Lyft @ Stride account - with a User ID & Password
How do you setup and access the Lyft mobile App - are you given an ID & Password ?01141 01141 01141 Stride Bank, N.A. https://stridebank.com/ 1-580-233-3535
