Vanguard downloading

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I tried to download transactions from my new Vanguard account. Method: Direct connect.
Issue: Quicken reports downloaded transactions but they do not appear at the bottom of the screen in in the account.
The red flag shows up in my Account Bar but there are no transactions available to download.

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.
I have located a Support Article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when Quicken says there are transactions to accept but there are none. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps (just in case).
