PremierOne Credit Union cannot download transacrtions

When trying to connect receive error. I can log in to their online banking without issue. Quicken for Mac

    As stated in the article, if you experience this error for more than 48 hours, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance and possible escalation if they see fit.
