One Step Download wont add Capitol One accounts-freezes

When are you ever going to repair the one step download to include Capitol One accounts? When I attempt to activate, it just freezes. No error messages. I have to ctrl/alt/delete to get out and come back in. Maddining. Please fix this.

Hello @swalexander14,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. To clarify, is this happening when you are trying to update Capital One accounts that are connected in your Quicken, or when you are trying to add/re-add Capital One accounts that are not currently connected? When did this issue start? Is this affecting all your Capital One accounts?
Thank you.
Quicken Kristina
