USAA deletes previously reconciled items during download to Quicken Home & Business

This morning I had an issue with Quicken on my download of my accounts: specifically my checking account. I had 22 transactions that were downloaded through the one step process. I had to rebuild 2 years worth of data due to the "reauthorize" process that changed how Quicken and USAA "talk." Neither company would take responsibility for this error. I have reconciled my accounts through 4/7/2023. 20 of the 22 downloaded transactions this morning had been prevouisly cleared from a prior USAA download. This morning it also deleted those transactions and now shows them as "new" vs "matched." USAA stated to me this morning that this is not their error. It is Quicken's error. Why is this continuing to happen for those of us that use both of these companies? What is the solution to this problem and how do I eliminate this from happening again and again? Please advise.

Also, I was not able to find where I could "Report a Problem" here in Quicken.

    Hello @2002 Road King,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Is this affecting all of your USAA accounts, or just some of them? Are any accounts with different financial institutions doing this? Did this issue just start this morning? You mentioned you had to rebuild 2 years worth of data; what happened?

To report a problem, go to Help>Report a Problem in your Quicken. It's usually about the 3rd option from the bottom in the Help menu.

    Thank you.
