During One Step Update, HSA Bank (hsabank.com) asks for verification every time
Everytime I download transactions from hsabank quicken asks to verification (email sent with code). Once I put the code in, transactions download. Quicken and HSAbank don't seem to remember each other?

Hello @mike15,
Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.
If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password (this screen is not a pop-up box)
After completing these steps, please initiate a download and see if you are prompted for a 2FA again.
Please let me know how this goes!
